awww you make me blush. I think you are doing a much better job than you realize so please just be kind to yourself. just keep thinking bout how you treat ur friends and try to treat urself that way.

btw saw you at the conference but never got around to saying hi. look forward to formally meeting next weekend.

Nicole you are speaking to me sista!!!! I am slowly getting back on track and making it back to the gym. It is a everyday struggle but luckily we have each other to lean on.

Like I said before I am so sorry about your grandmother, Death can be a stressful thing and sometimes we turn to stress in these times but I know you can do it. Keep your head high know we are here for you

it sure is hard but i am very proud of you for trying and dusting yourself off. no matter how many times we fall off the wagon, never give up. I am here for you too sweetie.

Nicole, I wish you all the luck in the world. I am sorry about your Grandmother. I remember when I lost my Grandmom it was horrible. She was a great woman.  She loved to brush my hair 100 strokes every night before bed.

  I am glad you are back on track. Today I tried to throw away all sugary sweet items in my house. When I am stressed I love sweets.

 Have a safe trip and talk, talk talk maybe the food won't be calling your name.

Thnk you Julie. she was a *****y italian woman. she lived on her own til she was 92! she was 94 when she passed. good luck w/ the sweets. they are so persuasive!

Nicole I bet she was a great lady and I am sure she was a wonderful cook to. I have not meet many Italians who are not great cooks. Thanks for the support in leaving the sweets alone..
