My trip

Hi all,

I am back from my NY trip. I had a wonderful time at the conference. I met some incredible people, I grabbed Dr. Garth's butt and discovered Reiki. I saw In The Heights on Broadway and finally was close enough to stalk Jon Stewart! Sadly after the show, while sleeping at my parents house, we got a call that my grandmother passed away. She was 94 and her mind had left her body a long time ago. We were glad she wasn't suffering anymore but I will be spending more time in NJ and will post more about my trip after the funeral.

I hope everyone is doing well and taking care of themselves. I actually lost some weight on my trip.
