I feel like a failure...
Jenn, we can wine all we want, oh wait, I meant whine. Sometimes it takes getting something out there for everyone else to bring you a new point of view that will help tremendously.
Failure is an unacceptable word and attitude around here, and I think you have done an AWESOME job! Many people, like April said, probably use a treadmill as a display piece in their house, but how many really use it for what it's to be used for? And this couch to 5K thing, wow!

Now let me say this first. YOU ARE NOT A FAILURE! You have lost an astonishing amount so far 123 lbs is nothing to sneeze at girl. I have to agree with the others you are doing fantastic and girl at this far out 600 calories is not enough! You are going to be hungry and your body will hold on to everything it's got.
For the amount of weight that you are right now you need about 80 to 90 grams of protein a day. You will reach your desired goal but you first had to add a little more to your diet.
I am very proud of you and you should be very proud of yourself too!
