Wow that is very shocking. I'm so sorry to hear that he would do that. I know many people cared for him.

Oh my God- Tia - I'm so sorry.  I never thought he would do something like that, he seemed like a really cool guy.  I actually looked forward to him disrupting posts with truck tour offers.

If you know of the funeral arrangements, let me know.

So so sorry to hear about the loss of your friend Tia. He must have really felt as though there was no other way to end the troubles he was facing. Let us pray that he is in peace. That's whats important now. My condolences to all of those who knew him and his family as well.

Sometimes I just don't know how to react to things likes this.  I have seen Elena post on the band board and she has replied to some of my threads - such a sad and horrific time for her. 

Everything about this terrible incident is a mess.  I hope that they all can get some closure soon and that Elena's wounds can heal with time and she learns to deal with her guilt.  Poor thing.

As for Mike well, I have experienced this sort of thing way too many times for my age and in my lifetime but just as we wish anyone who passes on is in a better place, I hope that is true for him as well.

Elena, my heart is absolutely breaking for you!!  Please know that although we've never met, Mikey and I did talk about you, so I feel like I know you and I'm here for you, as are so many others.  I had told Mikey that if the two of you ever got to Maryland, I'd take you out for steamed crabs - the offer still stands for you, sweetie!

You did NOTHING wrong and I know that you were a bright spot in his life.  Like you, I wish to God this was a sick joke, but even Mikey wasn't THAT twisted!  LOL

The angels will now be getting some awesome tattoos now, yes?
