A DEATH IN MY OH FAMILY

OH MY GOD.  I just learned this morning that last night, a sweet friend of mine, a sometime poster on here and a frequent poster on the Sex Board, Mike, aka Skulldoctor, took his own life.

I just texted him yesterday morning with a "Hang in there, sweetie.  Love ya!" to which he responded, "Thanks, sweetie! :-*"

He was a very troubled soul of late and many people are now in mourning for this incredibly talented man.

OH MY GOD! I think I will throw up!! He commited suicide? He seemed like he was getting better. We had a very long facebook email thread back and fourth last Friday night and he seemed perkier then he has been in sooooooooooooo long. He said he felt better too and things were "Looking up". This is truly devastating I am shocked. Thank you for posting this and my heart goes out to all of his friends and family. How very tragic. ;o(

So very true Gail and that is the sad part. I mean when something like this happens you try and step back and see if you saw signs. I mean I knew he had some depression but he said it was under control. He said it was hard to always be on the road so much but there were perks to it too. But he kept switching email accounts and had like 3 facebook accounts and I wondered if he was hiding from someone or something. Looking back now I wish I would have ask him more about his problems. I guess you never know what is truly going on in someones life unless you pry. I feel so bad for his family.

   I am soooo sorry to hear about the loss of your friend.
Suicide is a horrible act, and even harder for us to understand. I hope he found the peace he was desperately seeking.

Like I said in my e-mail...I never expected that this would happen, even with what was going on on the other board.  I've been through a lot in my life but cannot imagine that it would ever be so bad as to cause me to take my own life.  My prayers are with his friends and families, especially Elena, to whom he sent a pic of him doing it.  What a horrible last memory!

OMG this is so sad. I have always said we never know what is going on in someones life. I am so sorry to hear this news and I have been deeply effected by sucide. My aunt hung herself at 25 and my friend did himself in several years back.. I send sympathy to all who knew and loved him.
