Crofton Support group

I have always wanted to go to a support group, but the one in my area...well, I just don't think it's a good fit for me. I see your posts alot about the Crofton group and you seem to really encourage and support one another. It's a good distance, but maybe I'll check it out one day soon.

jo where do you live? if you dont mind me asking.....PM if you would like to! We do encourage each other, My group has been going for 3 years now and I think it is the best WLA patient run group, We share stories of our journey and just listen and help each other!!!!!

We would love to have you join us anytime you can

I would like to attend this meeting...but from some of the comments I have received in the past, I hear/assume....that I am not welcome by this forum and/or this community. Any opinions?

Daniel I dont deny ANYONE from coming to my group!!!! Even those who have negative opinions of me from only meeting me a few time at outings. Which they have NO clue!!! LoL

Who did you hear say that you are not welcomed???????

Dan I cant speak for Kelly but I can say from my own experience that Kelly welcomes EVERYONE to her groups. She is an amazing person with a heart of gold, she truly is and she would not exclude anyone. And dont let anyone on a forum define you.......if you want to attend a meeting...attend it honey. Who are they to tell you what you can and cant do? As for the Maryland Board in general............YOU ARE ALWAYS WELCOME and your support to others is IMPORTANT too. ;o)

Dan I can also speak up for Kelly and say she would NEVER tell someone that they cant come to a support group meeting!! She is wonderful and we would love to have more people come and join us!!
