TUESDAY'S FEED BAG
Well, I made a bunch of TVP taco slop and I've GOT to eat it. But I feel like a baby who's tried spinach - I just don't wanna!!! LOL!! It's not that it tastes bad, it's just that the texture isn't very meatlike. I'm going to top it with cheese and maybe add some canned tomatoes. I hate to waste it, because it's a great source of protein.
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt with cinnamon apples
S - 3 Buffalo chicken nuggets
L - Chicken noodle soup
D - Turkey/Buffalo wing cheese roll-ups
Today:
B - Same
L - Same
D - TVP taco slop

B-protein hot chocolate
greek yogurt w/ blueberries
S- string cheese
L- chili w/ extra beans
D- mexican chicken w/ beans, salsa, & greek yogurt
Today:
B- protein hot chocolate
oatmeal w/ pumpkin & spices
L- leftover mexican chicken w/ beans, salsa, & greek yogurt
D- 15 bean soup
all my fluids & vits.....NEXT!

Morning T ~ I'm going to try adding TVP to things for a protein boost, but I doubt I can use it instead of meat! Perhaps add some ground turkey?
