Nessa its a little to early for you to be eating that heavy beens are good but not right now to much gas, and trust me you do want to avoid a lot of gas foods. thanks for the welcome back as well

Thanks Helen.. ya know my doc and my NUT yesterday said it sounded yummy and I'm amazed but I have LESS gas now than I did BEFORE SURGERY.

we were put on pureed beans at two weeks out...

it still amazes me how DIFFERENT EVERY DOCTOR'S RULES are.

besides 1/4 cup of this stuff is way more than enough....
