FRIDAY'S FEED BAG
Okay, what's everyone eating? On Sunday, we're going to my Dad's church's Octoberfest. Can you say sauerbraten? YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt with granola
L - Grilled shrimp, garlic green beans
S - Greek yogurt
D - Grilled shrimp, garlic green beans and carrots
S - Butterscotch ripple ice cream
Today:
B - Protein coffee
2 soft-boiled eggs
L - Grilled shrimp, garlic green beans
D - ?

Yesterday:
Coffee and protein shake separately - I keep thinking if I mix the protein in the coffee, the heat would kill the nutrients - sorry!
Lunch was left over meatloaf - YUMMO!
Dinner was Jamaican Jerk Chicken take out - with cabbage and mixed vegetables on the side
Today:
Breakfast - coffee
Lunch - leftover Jerk Chicken and mixed veggies from last night
Dinner - Popcorn Fish - or fish bites whatever it is, it was buy one get one free at Food Lion earlier this week and some broccoli.
Most of my fluids yesterday and all of my vits.
Today - definitely working on all fluids and chewing my multivitamin right now.
Coffee and protein shake separately - I keep thinking if I mix the protein in the coffee, the heat would kill the nutrients - sorry!

Well I haven't done one of these in a while. My diet and food choices rarely change so I'll just give an overview of the various things I have
B - usually greek yogurt with granola (Fage yogurt and Bear Naked Granola) or I'll have two packets of Kashi hot cereal (kinda like oatmeal but all kinds of different whole grains and a bit of protein powder in there)
L - lately I've just been having 4 sticks of string cheese and maybe a bag of microwave popcorn (popcorn is my weakness!!!!!) This past week I made chili and was eating that for lunch (ground chicken, black beans, tomato sauce and tomato juice, and textured vegetable protein which I did find in the organic section of the Weis grocery store here in town and spices...yummy yummy)
D - dinner is always sketchy with me. sometimes I'll just have cheese and whole grain crackers......lately I've been having big salad with cotage cheese, pepperoni, shredded cheese, olives, bacon bits and fat free dressing. It's little higher in fat but it tastes really good. Other times I'll have various low fat chicken recipes or my crustless pizza (made with ricotta cheese as the foundation).
