Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!

I had an MD appointment this afternoon, thus allowing me a few moments to spend with you all during the day. I miss all of you and keep tabs as much as I can at night. Life is keeping me busy. I am still working as a contractor at the same company. There is a permanent job I am being considered for. I have a meeting scheduled to discuss that in more detail next week. Maybe that will be my Bday surprise! I also have recently made plans to visit my Aunt and Cousins (more like a second Mom and Sisters), for Thanksgiving. I am really looking forward to that.
