Well lately I have been dressing in thermals since I have been working overnights. Thursday, I was out of clean jeans, (38)s, so I figured if I was wearing underwear, thermals and the 38s wonder if my "old" 36" waist jeans would fit. Guess what,, THEY DO!!!!!!! I am lucky enough that I have clothes that I kept, but actually looking forward to having to buy clothes because everything I have is too big.

It is weird, I don't feel like I have lost all this weight, (but I have been at the same activity level, climbing poles, ladders, crawling around in and under houses ect) so seeing it on a scale and in clothes is unreal

Good job!!! Go to JC Penney; I have gotten stuff there for under $10. And if you think you might lose more, check out the 1/2 off deals at Goodwills on the last Saturdya of the month. Saved me a lot of money when I went through clothes like candy (haha not really true)

That's awesome, Tom!!!!  As you've learned, the head takes a good long while to catch up with the body!!!!

Keep up the good work!

Hugs,

Tia

Great Tom.  Soon you'll be yelling stop I'am getting to skinny LOL  LOL.  Activity tends to peel it off faster. Pole climbing always gets my attention especially at the Gentlemens Club.
Good luck

Um, Dean?  Doesn't your wife have a problem with you pole dancing?

No.  She was a former pole dancer back in the 70's. Take a look at the rock on  my profile.  We each get throught the night on our own terms.
Thanks tai
