first foods ....
OMG Tuesday I started soft foods... so for dinner tonite
1 tablespoon onion chopped fine
1 tablespoon green pepper chopped fine
(actually I use frozen it's so easy)
sauteed in a pan in a bit of canola oil
mix in
1 egg
1 serving of whites (for extra protein)
.5 oz of extra sharp 8 year old amish cheddar
scramble well but soft
season with BACON SALT (because everything should taste like bacon) and pepper
