Well, I didn't eat much over the last couple of days, so my scale has shown a loss, but today, I'm packed with protein and ready to go!

B-egg cheese and ham on wheat bread 12 oz coffee
L-2 oz of easy mac 1/2 a pork chop in sauce with onions
D- 1/2 pork chop with broccoli
S- small green apple
All my fluids and vitamins
Today:
B- 2 silver dollar pancakes with s/f maple syrup
12 oz coffee
L- bean soup
D- baked chicken, mashed poatoes and green beans
Yesterday:
B-egg cheese and ham on wheat bread 12 oz coffee
L-2 oz of easy mac 1/2 a pork chop in sauce with onions
D- 1/2 pork chop with broccoli

L - meatloaf leftovers
D - don't know - I have a group meeting tonight for one of my class projects. Might grab some chicken nuggets from Mickey D's to go.
