I realize I was just there a few weeks ago but we discovered that 4 year old extra sharp canadian cheddar tastes even better than 8 yr old amish cheddar... and we want to get some more.

I also want to get some more of those great blankets with snaps that become blanket jackets (so much nicer than a snuggie).... they are only 20 bucks... unreal.

there are fall veggies
there are sugar free jams jellies and apple butters
and there are wonderful gut other things (gut being the PA dutch word for good)

it's one of my favorite places in the world...

btw they are open ONLY on fridays and from 9-9  so in the summer going up later in the day is not a bad idea....

i work that saturday but sounds like fun!

but it's a FRIDAY... we only go up for the day it's only about a 90 minute drive....

I normally work on friday too but because I'm federal and I did not take off as much time as I planned for surgery I am able to take off Friday.

my next big take off time will be around Thanksgiving...

then I think i am going to Dallas for a wedding over the Xmas holiday.

yea i actually do every other friday off. that friday is my friday on unfortunately. plus i am taking monday and tuesday off for my trip. have fun!

Anything over 1/2 hr starts looking like a horrendous drive to me.

What time are you thinking of going?
