3 THINGS FOR THURSDAY
Today, I'm grateful for:
1. That my shoulder is feeling MUCH better - not 100%, but ANYTHING is an improvement over the pain I had. This past weekend passed in a haze of painkillers. I don't know how addicts do it!!!
2. That although KB BOTH have H1N1, it was caught early in both and they were immediately whisked to the doctor's. I'm still holding my breath, but I'm sure they'll be okay.
3. For my friends from here who constantly checked in on me. I had to go back and look at some text responses I sent - see above comment about a haze of painkillers!!!! LOL!!!
Hope everyone has a great day!
Hugs,
Tia
So glad to hear that you are feeling a little better today and you are back to work.
I am sorry that KB has the H1N1 I pray that they get better soon and there isn't any complications with B's asthma. Make sure they check his nail beds constantly and tinge of blue take him into the ER immediately.
I hope you continue to do well sweetie.
Today I am grateful for:
1. My friends that keep me going.
2. life after my RNY, there is so much that I can do now that I couldn't do before. I am so thankful!
3. For the nice weather we got yesterday. I enjoyed a long walk with my baby Gia and my grand daughter. It was nice to enjoy the changing colors of the trees and the warm sun.
4. For Tia's Dad test just being an infection. Thank you God!
5. For Darla being the sweetheart that she always is. Thank you sweetie!
Have a wonderful day everyone.
Hugs,
Cira
I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
Those that mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind.

Heeeeeeeeeeeyyyy!!! I'm a sweetheart, too!!! Sometimes.
Thanks for checking on me over the past week, I appreciate it!!! Poor Skulldoctor - he texted me, I texted back - but then I had to recheck what I texted him!!! You never know with him!! LOL! And you should see why HE thinks my shoulder was hurting!!! LOL!!!
Actually, KB BOTH have asthma, although K has pretty much grown out of hers - we constantly watch and listen. My brother might be a slob (Dog love him), but he IS a vigilant Dad! And of course, I check on them, too.
Amen to Dad! Now if we can get through the remainder of the year quietly! And you guys, too!
Hugs,
T
Good Morning to all, Wow the sun rise was beautiful today as I drove my son to school. I bet it was better at the beach and I wish I could have been there.
Tia, sorry about the kids. I hope they make a quick recovery with no complications. I am Glad your shoulder is feeling better. I don't know about you but I am tired of body pain. I am in full agreement with Cira about your Dad. God is good !!
Cira, Glad all is well in your world and I hope you enjoy your day.

Julie, Julie, Julie! Have I taught you NOTHING? A bad day at the beach is better than a good day at home!!!!! LOL!!!!
My brother said B is vastly improved, but K is still feeling pretty yucky. I'm glad they both got to the doctor so quickly - that seems to be key in the recovery.
Hmmmm.....................so will any of these girls meet your approval for Steven? LOL!!!
Hugs to you and Mom,
Tia
Keeping it short and sweet - heck I used to be called Sweet n Low when I was in high school...LOL
1. Everyone is doing better than worse when it comes to health these days. One of the guys who works here, his mother is in intensive care and on a ventilator - so that makes me grateful that everyone else, no matter what is going on, has not reached that far of a critical stage. Here's to hoping everyone heals quickly!!!!
2. Beautiful morning (taking that from Julie) - although it was still dark when I drove into work, the peeks of pinkish orange hues across a dark blue / purple sky had me thankful for a beautiful drive. It might also have helped that it's Friday Eve, too!
3. Pounding away at the professional exam preparation- it doesn't seem like it's going to be an altogether difficult exam that I'll have to take on Monday. But I will not let it fool me, and make sure I understand everything before I go take the test. I'm told that the sample questions are just that, samples, and are not real questions on the real exam.
4. Ravens have a bye week so that means I can have a relaxing weekend - this cardiac-ally charged 4th quarter stuff in most of their games has really been killing me!
Have a great day everyone!
Glad to see you posting again. I hope you had a great vacation and are back in MD as a rich woman. LOL I hope every ones gets well soon too. My son's friend at work is the man who lost his 18 year old son to H1N1. How sad. Good luck with your upcoming exam. I am sure you will do well. Have a great day Candy or is that Sweet n Low? LOL
