Exercise on Tuesday...

well i walked a little yesterday

today i cranked the Ipod and walked for 30 minutes.  it's beautiful out!


so what did you do for exercise today?

Have not yet but tonight is an hour of Water Pilates followed up with an hour of
Water Aerobics.  If I get there in time I will add an hour weight circuit/treadmilling.

I can go back to swimming next week!   Pilates interests me.  water pilates sounds GREAT!

Sorry to hear you're not feeling well.  I did get out at lunch time and hit a large bucket of golf balls at the driving range.  Fourty-five minutes of hitting balls seems to be so much more exercise than four and a half hours of playing golf from a cart.  Who knows maybe this time next year, I'll be in good enough shape to ditch the cart and walk a round of golf.
