TUESDAY FEED BAG
So, I'm doing this Monday night but I don't have internet access during the day out here!!
Monday:
turkey jerky
fruit and nut mix
protein bar
strawberry kefir
1/2 small chicken pot pie
apple sauce
60 oz. fluids, 69g protein, all my vits
Tuesday:
Chai latte
turkey jerky
protein shake
protein bar
strawberry kefir
cashew chicken
apple sauce
NEXT!!!
Monday:

Yesterday:
B- 16oz coffee 1 cup of cream of wheat made with 2% milk
L- Grilled ham & cheese sandwhich on whole wheat bread
D- 4 oz tilapia sauteed with onions with boiled potatoes and brocolli
S- small apple
All my fluids and vitamins
Today I have no idea! I just finished a 16oz coffee.
