I do all of these but the beef. My system still isn't 100% right with beef.

Hi sweetie. I am the same way but it depends on the day. I was tolerating steak 4 months out but now I can only now and then but GOSH it is GREAT PROTEIN. But I do tolerate chicken very well :o)

I Like all of the above,Im 9 weeks out and can eat the listed foods, but I have found I live more on Yogurt,Hummus and Cottage cheese.I hope these are good for me and they do have protein.

That is GREAT!!!! Cottage cheese is AWESOME. I mix in some sugar free concord grape jelly and BAM instant yummy protein ;o)
