one week vist / family sick

hey all,

i went to my 1 wk appt on thurs, and i lost 17lbs in a week. my doc was verry happy!i have been getting better every day, however; my three children and my wife are all sick, and two of my kids have been tested for the h1n1.

a very good/bad week this past week.


as they say.... what doesnt kill ya makes ya stronger lol

Wow 17 pounds in 1 week that is FANTASTIC!  
I am sorry the family has been sick.  I hope that everyone is recovered already.  I hope they didn't get the h1n1 but if they did I pray that it was caught early enough for them to get over it quickly.
