Wel say buh-by to the 250s, 248.8lbs this am. Maybe all the shivering helps the weight loss. This was a "winter mode" weight. (sweatshirt and sweatpants) 13 more lbs and I will be lighter than I have in a LONGGGGGGGGGG time.
