How's everyone doing with their eating.  I'm on travel which is always a challenge.  Plus I'm on a Navy ship all day with no fridge or microwave so I have to take non-perishables for food.  Today will be even trickier because I'll be on the road for 4+ hours.

Not going to separate into B, D, L, Snacks because it's too hard with this schedule.

Yesterday:

chai latte
beef jerky
protein bar
bagel chips w/chive cream cheese
mexican casserole
protein shake
applesauce

94 oz. fluids,  90g protein, all my vits

Today:

chai latte
beef jerky
protein bar
protein shake
applesauce
something protieny for dinner

NEXT!!!!

M1:  WC oatmeal
M2:  (2) turkey and cheese roll ups
M3:  yoplait yoplus with fiber one
M4:  (if needed) maybe a protein smoothie since I have a day off and will be able to make one
M5:  super yummy meatloaf and green beans
M6:  probably nothing

Unless I get my crockpot out and make something yummy - but not really feeling it.
