Sadly, I'm not turning on the heat just yet ... last year, BG&E was taking half of my pay check!  It's going to be another long, cold winter at the Abell house.  My kids are alreadying asking me to turn on the heat.  Nope, not happening.  Put on your sweatshirts and slippers.  

yep with a 300 dollar a month (I have budget billing and that really does help) BGE bill in a TOWNHOUSE we dont' turn the heat on till November if I can help it.  We have double blankets on the bed (and some warm pooches too).... and I have long sleeve long pant jammies and I've been known to wear socks to bed...

I'm cold at WORK...

I have my portable heater on at work on full blast...$16 @ family dollar..

Shoot I don't pay the hating bill here at home different story  we have two blankets on the bed at least on my side anyhow...

I wish we could have heaters at our desks.  we are not allowed. 

It is soooooo cold!!!!! I am sitting here with my heater on, sweater and jacket on, sipping on my hot green tea and yet I still have chills. Will it ever get better? Or did someone turn the heat of forever???????
