Diet Bread, rolled thin, toasted | 1 slice |
Summer Squash, peeled, chopped, cooked | ½ cup |
Pumpkin Pie Spice | ¼ tsp |
Artificial Sweetener | 1-2 pkts |
Egg | 1 |
Cottage Cheese, 1% fat | 2 oz |
Water | 4 oz |
Place diet bread in a small baking dish. Preheat oven to 350°. Blend remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over crust and bake 10 15 min. or until solid.
