Okay, what's everyone eating?  I love cooking comfort food this time of year - with a wls-friendly twist, of course!!!

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
      1/2 salt bagel with light cream cheese

L - 1/2 turkey/veggie sub from Subway

D - Taco slop

S - Homemade kettle corn

Today:

B - Protein coffee
     Greek yogurt with TVP & s/f preserves

L - Shrimp & haloumi cheese

D - Chili with cheese and Greek yogurt

All my fluids, all my vits!!

Before Breakfast- Protein shake

Breakfast- 4 chicken mini-minus the bread

S- Greek Yougurt w/ SF strawberry preserves

L- Stoffer meal ( don;t knwo which one daughter packed my lunch today)

D- Salad made w/ baby spinach, cucumbers, shredded cheese, boiled egg and southwestern grilled chicken

S- SF tropical Popsicle

Yesterday:

B- protein hot cocoa
    oatmeal w/ fresh pumpkin & spices

S- carrots with greek yogurt dip

L- Crab soup

D- shrimp melt w/o the bread
     a small bowl of 15 bean soup

Today:

B- protein hot cocoa
    oatmeal w/ fresh pumpkin

L- 15 bean soup

S- a few leftover shrimp with cheese

D- not sure.....I am thinking of grilling some chicken and having some veggies....but that all depends on what time I get back home!

All my fluids & vits.....

My plan:

M1:  EAS protein drink after the gym
M2:  WC oatmeal
M3:  spring mix, 4oz chicken, 8 olives, 1 boiled egg white and a splash of good seasonings dressing
M4:  apple
M5:  Apple turkey burger, 1/4 cup cranberry sauce and green beans

I just top my yogurt with it - like you would granola or Grape Nuts.  I like that crunch factor!!!

ARGGHHH!!!  I hate that I can't participate during the day this week and next!  I was driving to Newport News last night and got McDonalds for the first time in over a year.  ICK!  4 chicken mcnuggets and a small fry sat like a rock in my pouch!  Won't EVER do that again!

Yesterday:

B - chai latte
S - protein shake
L - italian sausage stew
S - protein bar
D - 4 chicken mcnuggets and a small fry

72 oz. fluids, 82g protein, all my vits

Today:

B - chai latte
L - beef jerky
S - protein shake
D - lean cuisine baja quesadilla
S - apple sauce

76 oz. fluids, 81g protein, all my vits
