Today -

1. So happy Karma made it through her spay surgery yesterday and is recovering really well already.

2. That I've made some progress on fall cleaning and rearranging

3. That my wardrobe options keep expanding with every lb lost where I can again fit into some really cute clothes that were collecting dust!

Hope everyone is well.

HI every one:

Three things I am grateful for - hard to pick three as lately I've been seeing all the blessings in my life but here we go

1: That I found the time to play golf on Sunday - a beautiful day to play for sure.

2: For my Monday off and all of the "house-husband" things I was able to get accomplished.

3: For the loving support of my wife - everyday at some point in the day something happens that makes me realize just how lucky I am

Hope you all have a great day

Hi Russel!  Welcome to the Maryland Board!!!

Looks like you're getting the perfect Christmas gift this year in the form of your wls!!!  That's awesome!!

I hope you've told your wife that you're grateful for her - trust me, she'll appreciate it more than any tangible gift you could give her!!

Please feel free to join us anytime!!  Your wife, too - sometimes, family members need the support of like-minded people, too!

Hugs,

Tia

Thanks Tia  I've been lurking here for a while and feel like I've already learned so much from all of you.  And I do let my wife know every day how much she means to me.  We've both been through this once before (marriage, not WLS< lol) and I thin we know how lucky we each are to have found each other.  In some ways - I think that has made me more than ready to tackle the changes in my life that are upcoming.

Don't worry, I'll be around - I am sure I'll need lots of support as we get closer to the Christmas present of my new life
