Terri I am making the recipe this weekend baby girl and I appreciate you sharing. You know I dont eat anything if I think it is bad for me and my success has proved that. My surgeon is beyond proud of me so you keep on sharing honey. Muahhhs!

Yes, it is APPLE CRISP people... btw, if you were referring to me as people, I am singular, person, thank you. I am shocked that any surgeon's office would put that on their list of approved desserts, but such it is. Hope to God we don't share the same surgeon.
And as far as being over exaggerated do you think I make this stuff up or are you calling me a liar? Neither of which is true. I am a very logical analyst, thank you. I love numbers, I am a numbers nerd. It's what I do. So before implying that someone is an over exaggerating liar or fool, maybe YOU should run this thru a recipe builder for nutritional information. And yes, I am REAL, VERY REAL. Maybe you need to get real about what you are putting in your mouth, but somehow you must be doing something right as you have done pretty well with your surgery.
Also, as I stated before, this is the nutritional data for the whole pan. I do not expect anyone to sit down and eat the whole friggin pan at once, but stranger things have happened. That's why I could not put down a number of servings as each person's serving size is different.
I just retyped it into sparkpeople.com as closely as I could to the true recipe you provided. Note that sparkpeople does not always recognize a tsp as a tsp or a cup as a cup and you have to use their conversion tool for measurements. I also made the assumption that you used 1/3 of a cup of splenda instead of the 2/3 cup sugar, but since you did not have measurements listed I could not be more accurate.

I used the measurments Jilly said she used.
I also swapped out the butter for smart balance light and the flour for the topping for old fashioned Oat (1 cup dry)
this is what I got:
