MONDAY FEED BAG
So, how did everyone do with eating this weekend. I didn't do all that great this weekend with one bad day full o' carbs and one good day with good choices but not enough fluid or protein.
Yesterday:
Pre-B - chai latte
B - 3 mini scones
L - protein bar
a couple of pieces of chicken
D - toppings off two pieces pizza
S - applesauce
70 oz. fluids, 60g protein, all my vits
Today:
Pre-B - chai latte
B - protein shake
L - chicken
S - protein bar
D - Wendy's Chili maybe
S - applesauce
NEXT!!!!

S - Greek yogurt w/splenda and a few almonds
L - Ham & cheese roll-ups
D - probably 2 turkey meatballs with sauce and parm cheese

Ok - really getting back on track. Here is my plan:
M1: EAS protein shake after workout
M2: scramble egg with a a turkey sauage patty
M3: salad with chicken, boiled egg white, 8 olives and red onion slivers, good seasons dressing
M4: small apple
M5: Teriyaki chicken with TVP mock fried rice
M6: Strawberry/banana smoothie
Sounds like a lot, huh? 1,194 calories says TDP.
