I'm sorry for your financial issues. There are many cheaper sources of protein. Beans and lentils are an excellent source and can be bought dried for very little money and one bag will go a long way. Use the internet to your advantage to get recipes in which to utilize them. Also, buy meats, cheeses, and protein powder when they are on sale.
Bernice mentioned the protein powder at Walmart, Body Fortress, it is normally less than $15 for a huge tub and it lasts a while. You can mix it with water or milk.
Also, I would not recommend the Liquacel as it is Hydrolyzed Collagen Protein which is not good for WLS post-ops. The best thing for us is the Whey Protein Isolate, followed closely by Whey Protein Concentrate. Soy Protein and Egg Protein can be other alternatives. The Collagen protein while better than nothing, is not the way to go this early out.

How are you feeling today? Any better after beating yourself up? Girl you are not the only one that goes through the few pounds increase. It is normal to fluctuate. Like everyone else that has mentioned before we can have water weight creep up on us on that time of the month. Sometimes our bodies hold on to everything that it has because we are losing too quickly. You are fine girl. i know it is scary to see the scale move the opposit direction but it will not be for long.
As far as having a little bit a wine it is nothing. You are NOT downing bottles on a sitting and drinking everyday.

Beef jerkey has a good amount of protein for just 1 serving. Fish, Chickenm, turkey has great amount of protein per serving also. Good thing to put what you eat in a site where you can count the protein & carbs like fitday.com
As for exercise do cardio and toning so it can help you lose.
