I swear, I don't know what's the matter with me that I cannot remember what I had for dinner the night before!!!!  Weird!!!

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
      Cheese cubes

S - Powercrunch bar

L - Garlic shrimp

S - s/f rice pudding

D - See above!!!

Today:

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt

L - ? - Mom's buying, so the sky's the limit!!!  LOL!!

D - ?

All my fluids, all my vits!!!

Next!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Robin!!

All I do is a take a chocolate or vanilla or cookies and cream protein shake and pour it in my coffee!! VOILA!!  LOL!!

Actually, I add the vanilla to my chai tea, also - takes away any lingering protein taste!!!

Today:

On the drive to work- Protein shake

B- 4 chicken mini from chick fil a minus the bread

S- Greek Yogurt

L-Pepper steak minus the rice

D- Southwest grilled chicken and baby spinach

S- Mini oatmeal raisin cookie or/ SF popsicle

Okay, you need to start taking ginko baloba, or whatever it is that helps memory!  LOL!!!

Pre-B - Chai Latte
B - protein muffin
S - greek yogurt/pumpkin protein shake
L - pork fried TVP
S - protein bar
D - italian sausage stew
S - watermelon

81 oz. fluids, 107g protein, all my vits

Today:

Pre-B - vanilla chai latte
B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
S - protein muffin
L - italian sausage stew
S - protein bar
D - probably leftovers
S - watermelon

Better late then never...

M1:  pumpkin protein shake - super yummy!
M2:  Greek yogurt
M3:  Santa Fe turkey and provolone roll up which got stuck
M4:  CIB and milk
M5:  soup
M6:  probably milk or maybe protein pudding

Not enough liquids but I am working on it!

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!
