Servings Ingredients 2 cup Pumpkin, canned, unsalted (not pumpkin pie filling) 1 tbsp honey 2 tsp ground cinnamon 2 tsp fresh lemon peel 1 cup fat free ricotta cheese |

Directions 1 Mix together the pumpkin, honey, cinnamon, and lemon peel in a bowl. 2 Fold the mixture into the ricotta cheese. 3 Place in the refrigerator and let chill for 1 hour. Serve. Additional Information A super-easy holiday recipe that's healthy and nutritious. |
