yeah I agree that inventing 5 days on 2 days off was a mistake.   

I'm drinking (although it's a lot harder than you would think)  and taking my vitamins... we start b12 shots at one month with our doctor....

I use the sublingual B-12 (citrus flavor) theya re so tiny and they work fine for me. I buy them from trader joe's or the vitamin shop in Pikesville. I think they are made by Nature's best. They are so good I only have to take them twice a week my levels were so high.

I thought I wanted to do the shots also, but I just liked the convience of having them at home instead of running to the dr's office every month.

I will check about that.  I was told we can give the shots to ourselves.   Barbie even taught brian how to do it already at his one month....

i actually do both, since i like to stick sharp objects in my skin ;) but if i forget to take the monthly i also have the daily. (when i remember to take that LOL)

I found that if I don't keep up with my protein, I'd get exhausted fast too. Don't try doing too much too soon!
