Yes, they were.  I'm sorry, I missed this.  In fact, I have the pb creme with me now. 

It's not the highest in protein, but if you're tired of the chewy type of bar, this is good!

Calories - 200
Total Fat - 12 g
Total Carbs - 10 g
Fiber - 1 g
Sugars - 5 g
Protein - 13 g

The pb creme is my fave, but they have chocolate, cookies and cream and several others.  I just buy mine at GNC or the Vitamin Shoppe.

I am sticking to liquids because I am just too tight right now.  I have had trouble eating since surgery.  Don't get me wrong - I want to eat I just can't get solids in.

M1:  protein shake pumpkin protein shake 
M2:  Greek yogurt skipped
M3:  protein shake yogurt
M4:  CIB with milk  skipped
M5:  pumpkin mousse have to make it first
M6:  protein shake 

No exercise - it took a long conversation with my friend to help me realize that I am not going to get better any faster if I don't take the time to heal.

Ugh, Beth!  How long does your doctor think this will last?  You poor thing!!

I agree with your friend.  I know you're an exercise fiend and you're missing it, but heal first, then you can exercise!

He doesn't know Tia.  I am hungry but solids just get stuck so I find it easier to go with liquids.  I am starting to feel like myself again.  I saw someone running tonight.  I was jealous.

If I can get off my tired butt I will make it.  I did make a pumpkin protein shake and it was super yummy!
