What a difference a year makes

Me too!!!! Lets Rock our Ravens gear since we will have the Captain with us! LOL

I have to find me a jersey that fits... maybe I can borrow one of my daughters..lol I wear my old ones as nightgowns now...:o)

Thanks Julie.. I really appreciate it. It is amazing that others always see what you never see in yourself. The best thing about my whole journey is that I feel great health wise.

Yes I consider it a honor to speak also. Hopefully I can encourage someone to  take this step to better their health also.

What an amazing journey, and not only did you accomplish a lot healthwise.  I remember being a newcomer on the board last year and getting that message that you graduated from college!!!!  I also remember the post about being your daughter's twin - and thought that was so cool!

Yes I have accomplished so much in this last year both healthwise and personally. It has not always been easy believe me..

I also plan on going back to the support group meetings because I know the first year afterwards will be the hardest so that I will no fall back into old routines, not only to get support but to also give support to someone else.

Your one year will be here soon also...:O)
