What a difference a year makes

I started my jorney at 258.8 and I now weigh 154.7.

I am most thankful to my surgeon for giving my life back. I am no longer putting the needs of everybody else before making time for myself. He also asked me today would I be the guest speaker for the December 2009 information session at St. Agnes.. I will most happily oblige although I do not know what to say...lol

I am so thankful that I am no longer taking prescription meds except for synthroid for my thyroid issues.

I have met some wonderful people and have a great support system both IRL and online.

I want to say thank you to to the ladies that have embraced me when I first began my journey and continue to do so today, you make me feel so welcome.
