Today's plan:

M1: WC oatmeal made with milk - feeling nauseous so I had CIB instead
M2:  greek yogurt no problem
M3:  homemade veggie beef soup  got stuck - it was awful
M4:  EAS protien drink
M5:  apple chicken burger with cranberry sauce something liquid

Skipping M6 because I haven't been eating anyway.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!
