So...what's everyone eating?  This weekend, I'm going to make Heather's mock fried rice - with TVP.  I can't wait!!! 

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt with granola

L - Low carb shrimp alfredo

S - Powercrunch bar

D - Not a clue!!!!

Today:

B - Protein coffee
      cheese

S - Powercrunch bar

L - Chicken salad with crackers

D - ?

All my fluids, all my vits!

Yesterday:

B - coffee and a multivitamin
L - pastrami slices, sharp white chedder and some deluxe nuts
D - bowl of lucky charms

Today:

B - Coffee with protein shake chaser and multivitamin
L - prolly some wings - got to run out to the store
D - NY strip with brocolli and cheese and a small small portion of the chopped baked potato.

Snack~ Apple slices with PB (Jif)

Lunch~ Subway Italian Cold Cut Footlong.....(Will last me 3 meals I swear LOL)

Dinner~ More of the Italian Cold Cut and some grapes

Unsweet Ice Tea all day long all Vits too! IM back on track FINALLY!!!!!

Hey wait!  You have no clue what you ate for dinner last night.  Hmmmm....

Pre-B - chai latte
B - protein muffin
S - bagel chips w/cheese
L - leftover filet mignon w/veggies
S - protein bar
D - rotisserie chicken and peas
S - watermelon
      lemon poppy seed muffin

80oz fluids, 105g protein, all my vits

Today:

Pre-B - chai latte
B - protein muffin
S - bagel chips w/hummus
L - TJs 3 bean salad
S - protein bar
D - pork chops I think
S - fruit and muffin, I think

Hi Tia,

Yesterday:

B- 16 oz coffee, 1/2 cup of cream of wheat

L- Tuna fish with a little mayo, bread crumbs, lettuce, tomatoe, celery & onions

S- seedles grapes

D- Baked bbq chicken thigh, mashed potatoes & some baby carrots

S- PB&J on one slice of wheat bread

100 fluid oz and all my vitamis

Today:

B- 16 oz coffee, 1/2 cup of cream of wheat

L- Salmon on a salad

D- Country style beef ribs with mixed vegetables

I went to the Drs and had a fill on Sept 11th, (1/4 of a cc) and have not been able to eat hardly anything...feeling miserable and will be calling to get my 1st unfill.

Breakfast

1/4 of a banana, 1/2 cup of coffee

Lunch

3 tsps of pinto beans with rice, 3 bites of a tuna burger, 2 drinks of lifewater

"Taking life with a grain of salt, a wedge of lime and a shot of tequila"

I LOVE those chicken minis at breakfast time. LOL I tolerate those so well.

I cant do bread unless its toasted though like at Subway. So excited I will see you Monday!
