Thank you girlie :-)
This has been such an amazing journey for me. I never thought or even believed one year ago today that my life would have changed so much. As I sit here 133 lbs lighter, sometimes I still cannot believe it myself. No, I have not met my weight loss goal, however, I have met my fitness and health goals which makes me very proud. Anyone that knows me, knows just how hard I exercise and workout. I can know proudly say I can RUN over two miles on a treadmill with ease. I have become the healthy role model for my daughter that I always wanted. My daughter sees the 'norm' as us eating healthy and going to the gym several times a week. When I go to the park with my daughter, I can run and play with her and never feel inhibited by my weight. When I walk into a room now, I don't feel embarrassed. I still GREATLY struggle with body dis-morphia issues but life at 133 lbs lighter is MUCH better than life at 336 lbs. I feel so much healthier and so amazing. The only regret I have is I did not do this surgery 10 years ago. I thank everyone that has been a part of my journey, without you I would not have been so successful!!
