B - Protein coffee
     Pure Protein strawberry shortcake bar

L - Chicken salad with flatbread crisps

D - Low carb shrimp alfredo

S - Chai latte with 1% milk

Today:

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt with granola

L - Low carb shrimp alfredo

D - Hmmm???

Pre-B - Chai Latte
B - protein muffin
S - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
L - teryaki chicken with pepper strips
S- protein bar
D - filet mignon and veggies
S - watermelon and mango

82 oz. fluids, 120g protein, all my vits

Today:

Pre-B - Chai Latte
B - protein muffin
S - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
L - filet mignon and veggies
S- protein bar
D - pork chops and squash
S - watermelon and mango

Hey!

That recipe for TVP Fried Rice - did you get that off their website?  I was thinking of doing that with shrimp.

Ever since you mentioned it, I've been jonesing for shrimp fried rice.  And like you, (scary, huh?), I can only do about 2-3 forkfuls of rice.  And I'd rather have the added benefit of more protein, too.

Better late then never...

I was feeling pretty sick from the stupid antibiotic... thank goodness Dr. Brader said to stop taking it!  My band is tighter than tight right now and I will use it to my advantage.

M1:  CIB with milk
M2:  CIB with milk
M3:  Greek Yogurt
M4:  skipped
M5:  a scallop and 1/2 of a crab cake
M6:  ?  idk
