What were your favorite Pureed foods
Cottage cheese with fruit - pureed together.
Greek Yogurt - this was a great source of protein for me.
Pureed Peas or carrots
I also pureed crab and made a lowfat crab dip that I just ate off a spoon
Mashed cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes....it's pureed...tons of recipes on the web for mashed cauliflower as a sub for mashed potatoes!

I would get either the lump crab meat or backfin...the cups from phillips have 8 oz so that was 4 servings at 2oz each. I put usually 1-2 tablespoons depending on how cheesy i wanted it at the moment of the whipped cream cheese - it's lighter and you use less. You could also use fat free but the cheese was the only place I was getting fat so I just used the whipped. I added a little bit of old bay, sometimes a dash of worcestershire and pureed it up! It was enough heaven on spoon for me after 4 weeks of liquids.
