Wow!  Friday seems so far away that I can't even remember what I ate!!  LOL!!  I did go to PF Chang's on Saturday and had hot and sour soup and almond & cashew chicken - YUM!!  No rice, either!! Yay for me!! 

TODAY:

B - Protein coffee
      PB Powercrunch bar

L - Chicken salad on flatbread crackers

D - Either spinach quiche or low carb shrimp scampi

All my fluids, all my vits!!

Mike got Chinese on Saturday night and not thinking got Shrimp fried rice for me, on the recommendation of one of his friends....knowing how much I like shrimp.

I ate all of the shrimp and a little bit of the rice.  No grouchy pouchy but I'll still avoid it and I can make mock fried rice with TVP and get all the more protein anyways!

Yesterday:

Pre-B - Chai Latte
B - protein bar
L - protein muffin
D - teryaki chicken with pepper strips
S - watermelon

72 oz. fluids, 65g protein, all my vits

Today:

Pre-B - Chai Latte
B - protein muffin
S - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
L - teryaki chicken with pepper strips
S- protein bar
D - filet mignon and acorn squash
S - watermelon

Heather I am very interested in your protein muffin...is it made or store bought. I've been reading things everywhere for healther subsitutes for baked goods.

I am also a chai tea person...do you brew and make your own or starbucks or something else.  My favorite used to be Dunkin Donuts - especially this time of year but I don't even want to begin to look at the nutritional info....Alternative suggestions are welcome.

I finally got my cheeseburger yesterday when my brother and SIL came to visit.  That is all I have wanted since surgery.  It was yummy.

Here is a rough plan for today.

M1:  CIB with milk
M2:
M3:  homemade veggie beef soup
M4:
M5:  homemade crab cake
M6:

I don't feel like eating (which is a good thing) so I will fill in the blanks later.  Have a great day!!

D - left over chili if the hubby and roommates didn't eat it all
