Mike got Chinese on Saturday night and not thinking got Shrimp fried rice for me, on the recommendation of one of his friends....knowing how much I like shrimp.
I ate all of the shrimp and a little bit of the rice. No grouchy pouchy but I'll still avoid it and I can make mock fried rice with TVP and get all the more protein anyways!
Yesterday:

L - protein muffin
D - teryaki chicken with pepper strips
S - watermelon
72 oz. fluids, 65g protein, all my vits

S - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake

I am also a chai tea person...do you brew and make your own or starbucks or something else. My favorite used to be Dunkin Donuts - especially this time of year but I don't even want to begin to look at the nutritional info....Alternative suggestions are welcome.
