glasses??

Hi all, just wondering if anyone wears glasses and how things change after WLS, specifically RNY. I've already noticed with the little bit of weight I've lost on my own my glasses are falling off my face, I've had them tightened once at Walmart... but what happens when you lose a lot?

Yeah, it'll be time for new glasses.  You might even find yourself changing the shape/size of the frame to better suit your new shrinking face!!

Although it can be expensive, this is a good thing!!

As you lose weight in your face, your glasses will probably need adjusting.  Mine were tight pre-op and left slight indentions on my temples, now they are a bit crooked but not too tight.  I've heard that some people's eyesight gets better as they lose fat that is surrounding their organs.  Personally, I have not found that to be true.
