3 THINGS FOR THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY!!!
1. B got a great asthma/allergy report yesterday - He doesn't need to go back for 6 months, his allergies have gotten better, and he's grown almost a full inch since June!!!! You should've seen the pleased a*****h look on his face at THAT news!! Sucks to be the smallest kid in 5th grade!! Afterward, I took him to McDonald's, which I haven't done in a while, where I learned he's no longer a cheap date - he's graduated to 1/4 pounders with cheese (hold the onions, please)! I enjoyed sitting with him and listen to him talk - usually, when K's with us, he's pretty quiet and she takes center stage. But yesterday, it was all about B!
2. Although I didn't get a good morning in person from George this a.m., he did call me, which just makes my day!! We have tentative plans to meet on Sunday - and I can't wait!!!! The more we talk, the more I find we have in common. It's a learning process for me, as I still assume every man's going to be a lying ass, but he's proven to be anything but. Keep 'em crossed!!!
3. That my brother seems to be doing a little bit better. Killian's ashes will come back next week, so it'll be like ripping a scab off, but I think yesterday MAY have been somewhat of a turning point for him.
4. All of my friends who have gotten good reports from their surgeons!! Now, if I can just get my butt in gear and get back to see DVR like a good girl, I'll be okay!!
5. My scale is showing some improvement. I REALLY want to lose some weight before I explore the possibility of a revision. And knowing DVR, he'll want me to try anyway, to see if the problem is me or the pouch, or a combination of both.
6. Darla and Kathy leave for Florida tomorrow!!! Woo-hoo!! They both deserve it!! Here's to a sunny, fun-filled week free of family strife and drama!!!!

So Happy to here about B's good news - hope I didn't wake you this morning I figured
you'd be getting your lip/toe warming LOL!
Gratefuls for today:
1. VACAY tomorrow: even though I have a ton of things to do after work to get ready!
2. That T has apparently met a decent guy LOL ( reserving judgement but giving him
the benefit of the doubt)
3. For the Tylenol 3 with codine safely packed in my suitcase, now I have to rememberto pack the heating pad LOL Sucks to be a woman at vacay times doesn't it ladies!
4. Meeting a friend Sunday for lunch : at Jimmy Buffets in Orlando! I'll have to get
Kathy to drink a margarita for Tia LOL

4. I feel much better after the doc removed the .5 cc he gave me last month. No heartburn, no feeling like I swallowed a horse pill when drinking coffee, and I actually slept good last night!
5. That everyone is doing great with their tools!
6. Everyone near and dear to me are strong enough to face any adversity that is coming up on the horizon, that means you too Cira, Heather M and Mellie!

Tia, So happy to here the news on B that is great. I am happy to see you and George doing well. I hope that continues. I am also glad your brother is doing better. I am happy that your scale is moving and I am sure it will continue.
Darla, Just one word VACATION... Have a safe and relaxing trip.
Candy, You vacation is right around the corner. I know you can't wait. I am glad you are feeling better after your removal of fill from your band. I am sorry people are talking about you behind your back. I have learned there are alot of jealous cowards in the world. Hold your head high and keep on keeping on. You have been an inspiration to me AND i am sure many others. I look forward to meeting you Monday if you make the meeting.
My 3 things...
1) Payday and bills are being paid so I am half broke again. LOL
2) Camping in PA, Bingo, One Stroke Painting class and the Apple Harvest festival.
3) A special friend who is there for me no matter what. All of you here that I know have been encouraging, supportive and caring.
