3 THINGS FOR THURSDAY!!!
Today, I'm grateful...
1. For this beautiful sunny yet cool day! I LOVE sweater weather! Just wi**** stuck around longer than winter!!
2. For my RNY. I'm sitting here waiting for the NP for my one year followup appt. It will be one year on Wednesday! Where has the time gone!!
3. For being able to cook. I made a pot of beef stew last night and it was heavenly!
4. For my friends...they ar a hoot and when they are happy, it makes me happy!!

You know, that's what I love about our group of friends - we mourn, laugh, cry and rejoice together - and sometimes, even laugh at each other!!!! It just makes my day and warms my heart!!!
Mmmm.....beef stew!!! I need to make some chili - although it's supposed to warm up a tad, and I don't like eating chili when it's not!!!!

Okey dokey.
1. My children are healthy. Some people dont have that luxury. Im thankful that mine are healthy and good children.
2. Im thankful that my dryer is broken and NOT my washer.
3. Im thankful that we have what we need. So many others don't right now.
4. Im thankful we both have jobs. I may not have one come January 1, but for now I do and for now I will make the best of it.
5. Im thankful for this board and all the genuinely sweet people here.
Thanks, Mellie!! When I started driving, my Mom told me something that would apply to dating as well, "Slow is control!" LMAO!!!! So that's what I'm trying to remember!!! Yeah, we had a tough week losing Killian - my brother's taking it REALLY hard.
Holy cow, a broken dryer sucks, but you're right, not nearly as much as a broken washer!! I love hanging clothes outside anyway.
We'll all keep our fingers crossed that you hang onto your job. "They" are saying the economy's getting better, but it seems as if every day, we learn of more being losing their jobs, homes, etc.

Right now our stove top stopped working three days ago. We called the home warranty people and they told us they can't get Sears out to us until Saturday! ughhhh but at least we got the oven and a microwave.

I'm thankful that...
1. Today is my Friday! I'm off tomorrow and am really going to enjoy a nice quiet weekend!
2. No more Monday morning commutes - my new work schedule went into place this week and I can now work from home every Monday. I love working in my pjs!
3. My husband...we spoke last night about the fact that my surgery is more than likely going to fall smack dab right into the middle of his annual hunting trip. I told him that I'd go to my Mom's to recouperate so he didn't miss his trip and he told me he wouldn't go anywhere if I was having surgery. Aww...
4. The cooler weather! I can't wait to get home today and snuggle up in my comfies with my big old dog.
5. My boss is leaving work early today...I might actually get something done! LOL

It was 40 something here today I had flannel pjs socks and a fleece sweater when I went to walk Rocky and drop off Gianna at the bus stop.
Today i am grateful for:
1. That Tia has a guy friend :)
2. My friends they keep me smiling and laughing all the time. Even when I am sad. Thank you!
3. For HOT coffee.
