What's everyone eating?  Because of everything going on, my eating's been a little out of whack.  Hopefully, today and the remainder of the week will be quiet and I can refocus.

Yesterday

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt with granola

L - Triscuits flatbread, turkey, provolone

S - Jell-o Caramel Mousse

D - Pot roast/veggies (Randy the pouch didn't like after about 2 bites - I do much better with a little marbling in my beef)

D - Veggie pizza

All my fluids, all my vits!

Today

B - Protein coffee
      Fruit/cheese platter from Starbucks

L - Payday lunch out!!

S - S/f caramel mousse

D - ?

Morning,

Mmmmm potroast!  I've been craving it myself...cooked in the crockpot all day...YUMMO!

Yesterday:

B - yogurt/peach protein shake
L - toppings off two pieces pizza and a few bites of the edge of the crust
S - protein bar
S - trail mix
S - watermelon
D - shrimp w/butter, garlic, tomatoes and onions

92 oz. fluids, 130g protein, all my vits

Today:

B - yogurt/peach/strawberry/banan protein shake
L - shrimp w/butter, garlic, tomatoes and onions
S - protein bar
D - not sure yet
S - fruit

****Got pregnant in May 2011 but lost the baby in August 2011...Gained some weight so trying to get back on track...I hate PCOS.
