How's everyone doing today?  Last night I found that pasta does fill me up but other than that, no issues.  I think it's a nice once in a while treat, especially since I did not want to cook last night.

Yesterday:

B - yogurt/peach protein shake
L - taco slop w/cheese
S - protein bar
D - Stouffer's cheese manicotti
S - watermelon

70 oz. fluids, 80g protein, all my vits

Today:

B - yogurt/peach protein shake
L - not sure...work provided 
S - protein bar
D - chicken something
S - watermelon

B - Greek yogurt w/splenda

S - LF cheese stick

L - Bean salad

S - Protein bar

D - Chicken and green beans

S - SF popsicle and Light & Fit vanilla yogurt

Today:
B - Muscle Milk Lite protein shake
S - Greek yogurt
L - Turkey chili
S - probably a protein bar
D - Turkey chili
S - probably sf popsicle

****Got pregnant in May 2011 but lost the baby in August 2011...Gained some weight so trying to get back on track...I hate PCOS.
