TUESDAY FEED BAG
How's everyone doing today? Last night I found that pasta does fill me up but other than that, no issues. I think it's a nice once in a while treat, especially since I did not want to cook last night.
Yesterday:

D - Stouffer's cheese manicotti
S - watermelon
70 oz. fluids, 80g protein, all my vits
Today:

L - not sure...work provided
