Morning all,

How did you all do with eating this weekend?

Yesterday:

B - chicken salad
      watermelon
L - Tuscan Bean Soup
D - Taco slop w/cheese

60 oz fluids, 65g protein, all my vits.

Today:

B - yogurt/peach protein shake
L - taco slop
S - protein bar
D - something w/chicken
S - watermelon

NEXT!!!

Yesterday:

B - scrambled eggs with bacon bits
L- Creamy Parm tuna helper
D - Reduced Sodium Jambalaya with chicken and shrimp

Today:

B - protein shake
L - left over scrambled eggs with bacon bits
D - boiled chicken with left over rice and tomatoes from Saturday night.

Hi Heather,

Yesterday:

B- 2 scrambled eggs with cheese  16 0z coffee

L- sauteed liver with tomatoe sauce and onions white rice 4 slices of tomatoes

D- 3 home made meat balls with a toast

S- 1 medium carrot

all my fluids and vitamins

Today:

B- 1 slice of a sandwich thin with 1 slice of ham & cheese

L- tuna fish with lettuce & tomatoe

D- Home made pizza with veggies on it

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
