Kaiser HMO

I am wondering if any one has had WLS covered in the state of MD by kaiser.  I was seen for a consult by the nutritionist.  I was told I have to attend a weight loss class ( done), 2 gastric by pass classes and 5 visits withe the nutrition's over 180 and days.  All of this much be done before receiving a surgical consult.  In  addition, must have a BMI 39 plus and one co-morbidity.  

That's fantastic you are getting close for the consult.
