Greetings from Hauto Lake PA

We came up right after work Friday, went to the Hawk Mountain Sanctuary Saturday,  saw a lot of different birds, and three sail planes.  I guess there are times when the entire sky is filled with raptors of all kinds as this is a main migratory path. We walked about a mile to the north lookout, didn't feel too bad, went heavy on the protein, and doubled the vitamins.  Today it is supposed to raim all day, hopefully I can talk the family into heading back early, so I can watch the Ravens game.

Ravens watch much better then rain in the woods.  Football season is  time for new food choices.  WLS folks can si****ch and drop lbs if planned right.
