FRIDAY FEED BAG
Well, we seem to be back to fall weather so I think I'll be making some cold weather food this weekend.
My ulcer is acting up again, so yesterdays food was lower in protein than normal!
Yesterday:
B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
L - protein bar
S - stir fry chicken
D - watermelon
yogurt
72 oz. fluids, 82g protein, all my vits
Today:
B - yogurt/strawberry/peach/banana protein shake
L - stir fry chicken
S - bagel chips
D - bean soup
NEXT!!!

Peaches n Cream oatmeal with one Splenda
Snack
Cottage Cheese with sugar free grape jelly
Lunch
1 Jr Bacon Cheesebuger lettuce only no bread
Dinner
Grilled chicken breast Broc and red taters (TGI FRIDAYS)
Sugar Free Ice Tea
Sugar Free Ice Tea all day with fresh lemon.
All vitamins too. I am feeling better.
