Good morning!! Wow, the morning's flying by!!!
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
S - Muenster cheese cubes
L - Quinoa with faux steak strips and roasted veggies
D - Pork tenderloin
S - Happy's bday cake
Today:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt with granola
L - Greek chicken salad
S - Hard boiled eggs
D - Supposed to go to Carrabbas's
All my fluids, all my vits!!

S - Another greek yogurt! Lots of Protein!
D - 4 steamed shrimp and a fresh tomatoe from my garden
S - 3 bites of NSA butter pecan icecream
Today:
B - Kashi Lean Crunch w/skim milk
S - LF Cheese stick
L - 2 oz deli ham, 1 slice of jalapeno cheese
S - Probably another Greek Yogurt.
D - To be determined but I'm thinking chicken & some green beans.
